It's time for something more drastic.
After spending the past couple of hours (we went to print early okay?) googling all manner of diets, eating plans, detoxes and exercise regimes, I have decided that I need to do one or more of the following:
- Visit a dietitian.
- See a psychologist.
- Hire a personal trainer at Virgin Active, or take part in Wembley's Biggest Loser programme.
- Join Weight Watchers.
- Do a mad detox, like the Master Cleanse or Debaloo's awful Danish Royal Hospital diet.
- Find a pro-ana site and learn to starve.
- Save up for liposuction.
